S/o to the clinician who just drove to the nearest open store in the middle of nowhere at 9 pm to buy me candy, some drinks, my preferred OTC pain reliever, and some other things just because I was having a rough night. 100 gold stars to you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My treatment traumatized ass broke down sobbing at her and the nurse’s kindness. Like full on ugly crying in my bed. Cute look.
The clinician returned with her arms filled with bags and hands me double what I asked for and then says “since you were having a rough day…” and pulls out these flowers for me and an extra chocolate bar and says “I really care about you, and I really care that you stay” No treatment center has ever been so kind to me, I’m so grateful and don’t know how to thank her enough ❤️
Cue more ugly crying.
